1. Who These Terms Cover

These terms govern your use of petly.help and any stretch ceiling supply and installation services you order from Cielora Interior Systems Sdn. Bhd. (Reg. No. 202301047719 (1528442-T)). By requesting a quotation or accepting one, you agree to them. They are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Kuala Lumpur have jurisdiction over any dispute.

2. Website Content

Content on this site is provided for general information. Photographs show real finishes but screen colours vary; final finish selection should always be made from physical samples. We may amend pages, prices and product lines without notice. All text, graphics and photographs on this site belong to Cielora and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

3. Quotations and Orders

Site visits and quotations are free of charge within Malaysia. A quotation is valid for thirty days from its date. An order is confirmed when you accept the quotation in writing and pay the stated deposit (typically fifty percent). Fabrication begins only after deposit clearance and your written approval of dimensions, finish and any print artwork.

4. Site Readiness and Access

You agree to provide safe access, working electricity and a room cleared of items that would obstruct the perimeter walls on the agreed installation date. If installation cannot proceed for reasons within your control, a rescheduling fee may apply to cover crew mobilisation.

5. Installation and Variations

Minor variations in scheduling may occur due to traffic, weather or building management restrictions; we will keep you informed. Any change you request after fabrication has begun (dimensions, finish, artwork) is chargeable as a variation. Concealed conditions discovered on site — such as unsafe wiring or structural defects — may require rectification by others before we can proceed.

6. Payment

The balance is due upon completion of installation, before the crew leaves site, unless credit terms are agreed in writing. Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month. Title in materials passes on full payment; risk passes on delivery to site.

7. Warranty

Installed membranes carry a ten-year warranty against manufacturing defects, sagging and discolouration under normal indoor use, plus a twelve-month warranty on installation workmanship. The warranty excludes damage from sharp objects, unauthorised modification, fire, flood exceeding membrane capacity, or structural movement of the building. Warranty service is provided under our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability arising from any project is capped at the price paid for that project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of trade or alternative accommodation.
